Is it only activism when conservatives do it?
Cass Sunstein explains his definition of Judicial Activism. I think he misses out on something though. He professes that it is constitutional. But I am pretty sure he is not a constitutional advocate. Just another Marxist regulator working the system for a leftist agenda.

We have had 27 ‘amendments’ to the Constitution because the times change. We are not living in the early 1770s.
Sometimes we like the amendments and some times we don’t. Just part of the on-going process.

And it is time for a 2 new ones. Balanced Budget amendment. Term limits for House and Senate.
We may not be living in the early 1770s but the Rule of law is what America is built on not DEMOCRAZY. We are a republic and that must remain.

The Balanced Budget amendment is Prop 13 in sheep’s clothing. Prop 13 crippled California essentially making it close to impossible to make any changes or adaptation without a super majority.
There are times in all our lives when we buy more than we can pay for: school, car, houses, our daughter’s weddings so we do. Big government has different special events but there is a time to spend and tax and a time to not.

WTF! The only reason Prop 13 is failing is because 8 million illegal immigrants are exhausting our systems. When was the last time that you walked the school grounds of an elementary school, middle school, and high school? You will observe bi-lingual education and the dumbing down of education to accommodate the non-English speaking illegals. What was once an educational system envied the world over is now nothing more than a giant day care of third world children hoping to reclaim California for Mexico. If this is not plain for you to see, then look to our prisons that are overcrowded with criminal illegal immigrants! Add to this the CALMED which provides medical care for thousands of illegal immigrants. Or, WIC programs for the illegals so their non-English speaking children will not go hungry. I am pissed off, and I am not going to take it anymore. Progressives and Democrats ruined California. Vote for change, fire the incumbents…Vote

You do know that more than half the small businesses started in the US are created by immigrants, people whose first language is not English and actually having a first language other than English may be a cognitive advantage in certain types of creative thinking.

If you think about this fact a good stimulus to the US economy might be funding immigrants to start businesses. Probably a better idea than handing out citizenship for carrying a gun.
